Please visit www.upperroom.org and log in to your account then click the silhouette at the top right corner. In the drop-down menu, please click the "Edit Profile" option. On the right side of the page, there is one check box each for the Sight Psalms, Daily Devotional, and Disciplines emails. Please make sure you un-check the corresponding box. Then click the update button to save your changes prior to leaving the page. Changes will be effective the next day.
