A purchase on your device connects you to an Apple or Android sale. Those vendors sell the app only. To receive access to the digital bundle, you must purchase from the www.upperroom.org site.
When a subscription is for an Apple product, everything must be handled directly through iTunes, App Store or iBooks (purchases, changes, trouble shooting and cancellations). Unfortunately, Apple’s policies do not allow us to receive any information from them regarding customers who have purchased their app for our product. Due to Apple’s restrictions if a customer makes a purchase through iTunes/iBooks, then all follow up must also be handled through iTunes/iBooks.
